The opposition of Neptune and Juno creates one of the most complex psychological traps in the sphere of relationships. Juno is responsible for our choice of a life partner, the concept of loyalty, and the structure of obligations. Neptune, however, brings the energy of dissolution, fog, and higher ideals. When they are in opposition, the individual is torn between the desire for a reliable partner and an unconscious striving to find a 'savior' or an object for idealization.

Projections in Partnership

The primary mechanism of this aspect is projection. A person tends to attribute qualities to their partner that the partner does not possess, creating an image of a perfect being in their imagination.
